New England Closets did an amazing job on our Master closet and pantry! Heather worked with us to determine our needs and never hesitated to make sure the design was right. The installers Jeff and Raffi were the ultimate professionals asking for permission where needed and completing the job in a very neat and organized fashion, on time and left no mess behind. New England Closets did a superior job transforming a spare room into an amazing walk-in closet and dressing room for my wife. Their pricing was very fair and quality of product is excellent. Installation workmanship was absolutely first class, and Jeff, Raffi & Gerard were professional, hard working, helpful & courteous.
I had a Murphy Bed, and storage & display cabinets installed in my condo. I couldn’t be happier with the entire project from start to finish. The meeting with my designer was professional, yet friendly. The time frame was exactly as predicted. The installers were punctual, professional, friendly & humorous all at the same time. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish.
We just used New England Closets for the second time, after having a great experience the first. We are finishing the build of our house and Heather helped us design all 9 closets. Everyone we worked with during the process was very professional and the installers were meticulous. Our closets also came in earlier than anticipated.
